How it works

Indian stationery shops sell 100×150 mm rolls as the default Flipkart / marketplace size. Your PDF, driver, and roll must agree. The Flipkart shipping label cropper handles the PDF side in the browser.

Buy local stock that matches the driver

If you import 4×6 inch US-cut labels, the millimetre difference is small, but still set the driver to the size you loaded.

Power and USB

Voltage drops and loose USB cables cause half-printed labels more often than software bugs. Reprint a single page before changing darkness to maximum.

Supported printer size

Default output is a genuine 4×6 inch / 100×150 mm PDF page. That matches the thermal rolls most Indian sellers load for Flipkart dispatch. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use Fit to page.

Step-by-step

1. Load 100×150 mm stock with the thermal side facing the head.
2. Set paper size to 4×6 / 100×150 mm.
3. Disable Fit to page.
4. Print one cropped label and scan it before a bulk run.

Common problems

• Barcode will not scan: the A4 packing slip was printed on 4×6 stock with Fit to page.
• Label looks stretched: the printer scaled independently in X and Y. Use actual size.
• Barcode clipped: crop was too tight. Keep barcode safety margin on, or use Custom Crop.
• Nothing prints: check USB, 4×6 paper size in the driver, and that the roll is thermal-side out.
