Flipkart label size guide
Use this when you are setting up a new printer or when labels come out too small, too large, or with the barcode cut off.
How it works
Flipkart Seller Hub often gives you an A4 packing PDF. The courier sticker is a smaller 4×6 thermal label. The Flipkart shipping label cropper finds the label, removes extra invoice space, and writes a PDF whose page box is 100 × 150 mm.
Two sizes, two jobs
The packing PDF is often A4 because it was designed for a document printer. The sticker on the packet is a 4×6 thermal label. Mixing those sizes is why “Flipkart label size kya hai” is such a common search.
Supported printer size
Default output is a genuine 4×6 inch / 100×150 mm PDF page. That matches the thermal rolls most Indian sellers load for Flipkart dispatch. Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use Fit to page.
Step-by-step
- Download the original shipping PDF from Seller Hub.
- Crop to 4×6 with the online tool.
- In the printer driver, select 4×6 or 100×150 mm paper.
- Print one test page at 100% / Actual Size.
- Measure the sticker. It should be close to 100 × 150 mm.
Benefits
- No login for the basic crop workflow.
- The PDF stays in the browser for core processing.
- Multi-page Seller Hub files are processed page by page.
- Failed pages can be reviewed instead of silently printing a wrong crop.
Common problems
- Barcode will not scan: the A4 packing slip was printed on 4×6 stock with Fit to page.
- Label looks stretched: the printer scaled independently in X and Y. Use actual size.
- Barcode clipped: crop was too tight. Keep barcode safety margin on, or use Custom Crop.
- Nothing prints: check USB, 4×6 paper size in the driver, and that the roll is thermal-side out.
